When we analyze the system of corporate governance at a company, we apply the IFC Corporate Governance Methodology and its tools, which are specially adapted to the needs of the company. The IFC methodology is considered one of the best globally developed models for analyzing the practice of corporate governance and evaluating it.

The goal of our seminars and training sessions is to familiarize corporate secretaries with new aspects of corporate governance as well as best international practices, and to exchange experience. Famous specialists and experienced corporate secretaries act as experts who share new knowledge and personal experience with the participants.

The Club of Corporate Secretaries was created at the IFC Project for Corporate Governance. At the current time, the organizational support of the Corporate Secretaries Club is carried out by the company Governance & Management Consulting.
